(MyFOX NATIONAL) - Faith was born just before Christmas 2002 with only two legs. It was then that her owner Jude Stringfellow was advised to euthanize the pup. Her decision not to has made a world of difference for her family and countless others who have met the amazing two-legged dog.

Faith has traveled the world meeting her fair share of celebrities, a list that includes Oprah, Samuel L. Jackson and Lindsay Lohan. "Lindsay … was genuinely one of the sweetest and nicest girls on the planet the day we met her," said Stringfellow. "She was just amazingly taken by Faith."

But that wasn't the celebrity meeting that sticks out in Stringfellow's mind the most. It was the reaction of former rocker Rick Springfield.

"He screamed like a little girl," she said. "We were all stuck at the Dallas airport and couldn't go anywhere. [Rick] was there, Michael Bolton, Michael Irving and so many wonderful military people coming from and going to the war. Faith was loved on constantly for six hours … that was probably her favorite day."

But what truly sets Faith apart is not her lack of two front legs, but her "dogged attitude" and "tongue" said Stringfellow. Her relaxed attitude and spirit is what translates immediately to those who stop to see the little two-legged pooch.

"They totally forget about their problems," Stringfellow said, "because it's more than obvious that she's forgotten about hers." Faith has visited with numerous U.S. generals, service men and women, especially those with similar challenges to hers.

Now her owner hopes to share her dog's story via book or even a movie. A proposal is currently being circulated among the major New York publishing houses. But even without a book deal, Faith the famous two-legged dog can be followed on Twitter , Facebook and her own site
